Servitor housing repairs software, which is widely used by housing associations, local authorities and facilities management firms and contractors for integrated repairs management. The system can be used to manage building repairs, highways maintenance, grounds maintenance, refuse collection, street cleansing, building cleaning and gas servicing. It incorporates comprehensive mobile capability to increase the productivity of repair teams by automating the requesting, allocating and recording of work details while in the field. Post inspection surveys may be recorded, and a gas servicing module enables local scrutiny of a landlord’s gas safety record.
