The annual GM of the APP user group took place at Stoke Rochford Hall, near Grantham, on the 17th/18th October 06.The event was organised by the National Executive of Authority Public Protection Users (NEAPPU) and was attended by more than 200 delegates from over 100 Local authority customer sites, together with guest speakers from the FSA, TSI and DCLG.
