Civica appoint senior industry executive Andrew Fraser.
Civica has further strengthened its UK management team with the appointment of industry leader Andrew Fraser.

Fraser has 30 years of experience in the IT industry, most recently as chief executive of information and records management provider, IDOX plc. During his tenure at IDOX, the company grew turnover from £400k in 1999 to £14m in 2005 through both organic growth and acquisition. Fraser led the flotation of IDOX onto the AIM market in December 2000, together with a number of subsequent acquisitions including The Planning Exchange, Mandoforms and TFPL.

Fraser is 49 and lives in Berkshire.
