The Authority Customer Service website is designed specifically for our customers and provides detailed product, services and support information via a secure facility and also allows customers to track support requests.

The Support Centre is operational weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm (EST) Monday - Friday excluding National Public Holidays.
